Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Votsolix online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

1. Store and eligibility

Votsolix sells accessories, power products, mounts, cables, cases, and connectivity kits for Starlink-compatible setups. You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. If you place an order for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Product information and compatibility

We aim to keep product titles, descriptions, compatibility information, images, specifications, prices, and availability accurate. Accessories may be compatible with a particular Starlink model or hardware generation only. Before ordering, confirm the model, connector type, polarity, voltage, current, cable length, mounting surface, dimensions, and included components for your setup. Reference specifications marked as requiring confirmation must be verified before installation. Votsolix is an independent accessories brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by SpaceX or Starlink.

3. Safety and installation

Follow all supplied instructions and applicable laws. Use appropriate fuses, cable protection, grounding, sealing, load limits, and weather precautions. Do not route cables where they could interfere with driving controls, airbags, visibility, doors, moving parts, or foot traffic. Do not connect a power accessory until voltage, current, polarity, connector fit, and device requirements have been checked. Stop using a product if it is damaged, overheating, wet, unstable, or unsafe.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is accepted. Taxes, duties, customs charges, and other destination fees may apply as shown at checkout or under applicable law. You authorize the payment method you provide to be charged for the order total and any authorized adjustments.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or legal and safety requirements. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount required by applicable law.

6. Inventory and product availability

Products are offered subject to availability. An inventory quantity shown online is an estimate of available stock and does not guarantee that a product will remain available until checkout is completed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping options, estimated transit times, delivery restrictions, and charges are shown at checkout where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, remote-area service, or events outside our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes may be collected at checkout or may be payable on delivery, depending on the destination and shipping method.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these Terms. Where applicable law gives you a mandatory cooling-off, withdrawal, consumer-guarantee, warranty, repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other right, that right applies and cannot be waived by these Terms. Voluntary return conditions and any processing fee apply only where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual property

The store, Votsolix brand elements, original text, graphics, layout, product data, and other content supplied by Votsolix are owned by or licensed to Votsolix and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

10. Third-party services and links

The store may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, marketplace, or other services and may link to third-party websites. Those services and websites may have their own terms and privacy notices. Votsolix is not responsible for third-party content or services to the extent permitted by law.

11. Disclaimers and legal guarantees

Except where prohibited by law, the store and non-mandatory product information are provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude or limit any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, safety obligation, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Votsolix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a consumer's mandatory rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are subject to the mandatory laws that apply to the customer and the transaction. Nothing in these Terms removes a customer's right to bring a claim in a court or forum that applicable law makes available.
