Shipping policy

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders of US$75 or more shipping to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Shopify will show the applicable shipping options and order total at checkout.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be charged the applicable standard or expedited shipping rate shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and can vary by destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, and other factors.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Import duties, customs charges, local taxes, and other destination-country fees may apply where required and are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If an order arrives damaged or a shipment appears to be missing, contact Votsolix promptly with the order number and supporting photos so we can investigate with the carrier.
